These Terms govern your use of juteearth.in and all purchases made on the website. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & accuracy

You must be legally able to purchase and provide accurate details (address, phone, email).

 

 

2) Accounts & misuse

We may suspend/restrict accounts for fraud, abuse, repeated policy manipulation, bots/scraping, or suspicious activity.

 

 

3) Product representation & natural variations

Many products use natural materials (jute/cotton). Minor variations in shade/weave/texture are normal and not defects. Images are representative; screen settings may change appearance.

 

 

4) Pricing & errors

If there is a pricing/description error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

 

 

5) Payments (No COD)

All orders are prepaid. Payments are processed via third-party gateways such as Razorpay and PayU. We do not store full card details.

 

 

6) Order acceptance & cancellation

Orders are accepted upon confirmation and/or dispatch. Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.

 

 

7) Shipping (India + Global) — DDU

We ship globally subject to serviceability and restrictions.

International shipping is DDU unless clearly stated otherwise:

  • Customs duties/import taxes/clearance fees are paid by the customer to customs/courier

  • Refusal to pay duties or refusal of delivery may lead to non-recoverable logistics costs being deducted from any eligible refund

 

 

8) Returns & refunds

Returns/refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy (including 7-day window, ₹99 pickup fee for India change-of-mind, and mandatory continuous unboxing video rule for claims).

 

 

9) Bulk / corporate orders

Bulk orders may have different lead times and rules. Custom branding/packaging may be treated as custom and non-returnable except manufacturing defects.

 

 

10) Intellectual property

All website content belongs to Juteearth or its licensors. Copying, reproducing, or resale of content without written permission is prohibited.

 

 

11) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Site/services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our maximum liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

 

 

12) Governing law & jurisdiction

Governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Hyderabad, Telangana (subject to consumer protection laws).
