We ship within India and internationally (Global), subject to serviceability and local import restrictions.

1) Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays, unless:

stock verification is required
Example 1: Order placed Monday → dispatch by Wednesday (typical).
Example 2: Peak season → dispatch may take longer.

3) Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS (where available). Tracking updates depend on courier scan events.
4) Delivery timelines (estimated)
Delivery timelines vary by location and external factors (weather, courier capacity, customs/security checks).

5) Address & contact responsibility
Customers must provide accurate address and contact details. Failed delivery due to incorrect details is customer responsibility.
6) International shipping (DDU)
International shipments are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) unless clearly stated otherwise:

Customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, and clearance/handling fees are paid by the customer to customs/courier

These charges are not included at checkout unless explicitly mentioned
If the customer refuses to pay duties/taxes or refuses delivery, return shipping/handling and other non-recoverable costs may apply and may reduce any eligible refund.
7) Damaged package / tampering at delivery (strict proof rule)
If the outer package looks tampered or damaged:

Record a continuous unboxing video without cuts/pauses

Report within 48 hours
Claims without a continuous unboxing video may be rejected (as per Return & Refund Policy).
8) Split shipments
If items ship from different locations or availability differs, an order may be delivered in parts. Tracking will be shared for each shipment where applicable.
